This whistleblowing service
Through this whistleblowing channel, we give everyone in the organization an easily accessible opportunity to inform (“Whistleblow”) a selected group when something is not right. Our whistleblowing function can also be used in case of a suspected “Early Warning”. You can blow the whistle if something has happened, is happening, or is at risk of happening. Remember that general complaints are not whistleblowing. In the case of anonymous whistleblowing, you report in writing; in the case of verbal and meeting requests, you are not anonymous.
It then happens
When you send in your case, audio recording or meeting request, we must by law confirm receipt. As soon as we have gone through your case, we will revert back to you. All cases are handled by our independent whistleblowing team.
