Cranab has recently signed a major deal with the Setra Group to supply 12 FC13 cranes to the Malå sawmill in Sweden. This project is part of a plan to modernise the sawmill, supported by an investment of half a billion Swedish krona (SEK), which aims to improve the operational efficiency and production capacity of the plant.
This order is the largest ever placed with Cranab for a single site. The FC13 cranes, designed to ensure reliability and precision in lifting operations, have already been delivered and installation at the sawmill is scheduled for 2025.
The agreement with the Setra Group confirms Cranab’s position as a leading supplier of advanced solutions for the forestry sector, further strengthening its presence in high-end industrial facilities.
